The present is a present, a gift, and we should learn to embrace it, love it and be in it. The past ...and the future hold things we cannot control. Only the present can be tamed, changed and acted upon. Mindfulness is a lifestyle. Once in a while, it is great to be by yourself and enjoy your own company. And this includes, reading books, watching movies, going on walks, long drives, solving a puzzle with a cup of coffee, or just watching the rain. It can almost be like meditation. In this hurried, hectic life, all that we crave for is some solitude, some peace and some time to relax; leisure is the word.
