By using the Site in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you (the “user” or “you”) agree to be bound by this Agreement, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. This Agreement applies to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are vendors, customers, merchants, contributors of content, information and other materials or services on the Site.
Doodle and associated payment gateways use encryption technology security ensure privacy of user information. All credit / debit card details would remain confidential, Doodle will not share customer details with third parties. Customer / User details might be used to send information on products / prices / promotions of the company etc. If you have any questions, please write to email@example.com.
Keep your password secure. You are fully responsible for all activity, liability and damage resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality. You agree to immediately notify Doodle of any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security. You also agree that Doodle cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure. You agree not to provide your username and password information in combination to any other party other than Doodle without written permission.
Normal shipping / delivery lead times would be 7 working days. We have partnered with national courier service providers of repute to ensure timely deliveries.
Within India there will be a shipping charge of Rs. 50 anywhere, the shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
Cancelled orders would be refunded if the products have not already been shipped. Products purchased online can be returned within 7 working days. All returned items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The amount paid would be refunded in 15 working days after deducting shipping costs. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below: 606, KOHINOOR COMMERCIAL TOWER B, KOHINOOR CITY, OFF LBS MARG, KURLA (W), MUMBAI – 400070 TIME: 9.30AM TO 6.30PM Once we have received the products and our internal quality check has been carried out, the product amount will be credited back to your account. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Care team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you.
The amount credited on refund will be based on the price of the product at the time of purchase. Any change in the product price thereafter will not be considered. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, the shipping charges borne by you. The online refund procedure will be initiated within 15 days after we have received your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your account.
We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure. If we’ve emailed you about initiating the refund procedure, kindly wait for 15 days for the process to be completed. COD order refund will also be via online transfer hence the customer has to send an e-mail to email@example.com along with their bank details
Doodle allows the following modes for payments- Credit / Debit Card – Visa / MasterCard / AmEx (National and International).
You must keep your account information up-to-date and accurate at all times, including a valid email address.
